Day 8 - You are my Sunshine...

My only sunshine...

Chynna loves the sun. I had the back door open this morning letting the beautiful sunlight and crisp air in, and she found her a nice warm spot right in the middle of it. I just love the way the sun is shining on the spot she's in. I think it makes her look a little angelic. :)

Day 6/7 - K and Puppy Dog

I didn't exactly take this picture today. In fact its from a few days ago, but, being that I just couldn't let myself go two days in a row without a picture, I decided to use it. I started giving Kyndall this super soft puppy dog to nap with. The two times I have given it to her, she's cuddled up with it (rubbed it all over her face like she does other blankies) and fell asleep in minutes. So, while it started out lying next to her, when I walked into to check on them, this is what I found. So cute and sweet...


BTW - since I had to grab the first camera I could find, it used my old point and shoot (which I am getting a new one soon! YAY!) I didn't have time to adjust the light either, so the auto flash went of. Blech. But you get the picture - no pun intended...

Day 5 - Vallen Rayne

I really thought I had posted this yesterday, but, now that my computer is being a total POS again, I remember WHY I couldn't get it posted...

So, here's yesterday's picture...and by the way, I don't have one for today. Luckily I got to sleep in a little, unluckily, I had a very fussy, teething 6 month old who I spent the day loving on hoping it would make her feel better. This is my nephew, Vallen. I walked outside, and there he was...sitting in an ice chest.

Day 4 - A lot of nothing

It was 3-4 ish, and I still didn't have the picture that I wanted for today...I had another super cute one of Kyndall...but I don't want to keep falling back on her cuteness. Anyways, I walked out back for something, saw the sun coming through the clouds, and thought, that's my shot. It's not much...but I think it's kind of cool.

Day 3 - Babies and Bonsai

I snapped some pictures earlier this morning, of Dustin's new Bonsai tree that he got yesterday. I'm still asking myself why we even have one...but we do...We literally bought it off of a man on the side of the road, in the parking lot of Shipley's donuts, after my husband went on and on how he's always wanted one. I can't believe he paid $60 for it, but whatever. Then we get home, and apparently from what we read they can be hard to keep alive, and are very high maintenance. Thanks. Me, who can barely keep an ivy going (although I have for about 6 years now, even though we've had out ups and downs) has a $60 11 year old tree to take care of. I've told Dustin that its all him, and I am having nothing to do with this. I have to admit, it is a neat looking tree, so I was going to use it for my blog today.



Then I came across this...I took a few pictures to send to a friend who bought her the outfit, and this was just one of the shots she naturally gave me...Really, how could I pass this up?

Day 2 - Supercross

Since we spent almost the entire day at Reliant yesterday for Supercross, naturally, that's where my pics came from. We got home a bit late, and I was tired and just generally in a really sour mood, so I went straight to bed...after trying for over an hour to get Kyndall back to sleep.
